Sword Ciboodle is committed to the delivery of cutting-edge, world-class customer-interaction solutions. We recognise that in order to achieve this, it is often necessary to combine our expertise with that of some of the market's leading services organizations.
We have, therefore, developed a flexible Partner Programme to provide our global client base access to expert consultants.
Sword Ciboodle has successfully delivered projects alongside Dimension Data, Accenture, PA Consulting Group, Cognizant and Atos Origin.
Our Partner Programme
Sword Ciboodle competes in the global CRM market which, in 2007, was worth an estimated £4bn. Having been described as "thought leaders in the design of process-centric call and contact centers" (Michael Maoz, Gartner), and with the process-centric portion of the market set to grow three-fold over the next five years, Sword Ciboodle and our strategic partners are faced with significant opportunity.
Sword Ciboodle's Partner Programme not only gives our global client base access to expert consultants, but also allows partnering organizations to take advantage of revenue streams in a market that is growing considerably year on year.
Sword Ciboodle's Partner Programme is aimed primarily at organizations involved in the delivery of CRM solutions, and includes three levels of membership, Associate, Affiliate and Alliance. Partners have access to a wide range of benefits, including membership in Sword Ciboodle's partner network, the opportunity to build collaborative IP, and the ability to accrue both license and services revenue. Partners also have access to a comprehensive support network spanning sales and marketing functions, and both commercial and technical training through the Sword Ciboodle Academy.
As an inherently flexible organization, there are a variety of partner models available through Sword Ciboodle's Partner Programme.
