Rachel is the global marketing champion for Sword Ciboodle – responsible for the creation and deployment of the strategic marketing plan, with a particular focus on US and central marketing activity. She is based out of our Chicago office and heads up the global marketing team.

Steven is Chief Technology Officer at Sword Ciboodle, responsible for product innovation, strategic global alliances and the company’s product roadmap. A skilled public speaker, Steven often speaks at industry events on topical subjects within the CRM industry.

Gordon has worked in the technical communications industry for over 16 years, and at Sword Ciboodle divides his time between the technical writing team, the maintenance of Tech Ciboodle, our developer community website, and his ongoing quest to make sure our customers have the right information, in the right format, at the right time.

Mitch helps the North American Marketing team from his home in Williston, VT, where he lives with his family (Great wife and 3 awesome kids).
