Since 1986, we have helped large organizations make radical improvements to their customer service and sales operations. A unique blend of innovative technology, process engineering expertise and project delivery has attracted a truly world-wide customer base and assured the successful retention of many customers beyond ten years.

We have customers in twelve countries across five continents. With industry experience in a multitude of sectors, the speciality is always customer service, support and sales focusing predominantly on financial services, retail energy, retail telecommunications and media and consumer goods.

We deliver large transformation programs in very short chunks. We use small deployment teams who work concurrently on discrete phases, which can deliver improvements in as little as 10 weeks. The delivery paradigm marries process improvement methodologies like Lean with an agile software delivery framework.

The primary technology enabler in these programs is our product Sword Ciboodle. Sword Ciboodle is customer interaction software that manages the front office customer service and sales interactions for some of the most successful companies in the world.
