You:

  • Are driven, relish a challenge, and looking for the next step up on the career ladder.
  • Are a smarty pants, educated to a computer science or software engineering degree level, with at least 3 years experience in software project delivery within a commercial environment.
  • Have a working knowledge of the project delivery life-cycle, and like nothing more than being an essential component that see’s it through successful build, test and go-live phases.
  • Are a roll-up-your-sleeves, results orientated, person who wow’s the socks off teammates and stakeholders alike by driving initiatives and being the go -o guy/gal for critical tasks.
  • Are keen and excited about the opportunity to travel all over the USA, and potentially beyond for extended periods of time.
  • Speak fluent C++, java/J2EE, SQL, and HTML. And while we’re in full on geek speak – have knowledge of one or more major databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL server, Informix; to name but a few).
  • Put the ‘pro’ in process and take pride in producing excellent readable, reliable, and maintainable code.
  • Are an outstanding communicator, with strong oral and written abilities, and keen to work with a variety of stakeholders from teammates, to blue chip clients to senior ciboodlers.
  • Get bonus points for industry specific experience and/or working knowledge of UNIX/Linux, MVC, JSP, XML, JavaScript, Eclipse/WebSphere RAD.
