Prior to the implementation of Sword Ciboodle, the Council's complaints were dealt with by individual departments, which was overly complicated. In line with the Scottish Executive's 'Customer First' initiative it was important for Falkirk Council to manage complaints in a timely and more efficient manner. Sword Ciboodle was able to provide Falkirk Council with a complaints solution that would address this challenge.

As a result, Falkirk Council can now deal with complaints in a more consistent and disciplined manner.
