In phase one Sword Ciboodle was used by Smart Telecom's mobile sales force, via their PDAs, which integrated the sales solution directly to back office order fulfillment systems. In phase two Sword Ciboodle was used to implement a single contact centre desktop application to provide full visibility and tracking of all sales and service customer interactions and correspondence.
